Our Refer a Family Scheme

At Country Kids Day Nursery, many of our new families join us through recommendations from the people who know us best – our current families, former families and team members. 


As a thank you for helping our nursery family grow, we're delighted to offer a £100 High Street Voucher through our Refer a Family Scheme. 


Who Can Take Part? 


Our Refer a Family Scheme is open to: 


💚 Current Country Kids families 

💚 Former Country Kids families whose children previously attended one of our nurseries 

💚 Current Country Kids team members 


If you know a family looking for exceptional childcare, we'd love to welcome them to Country Kids.



How the Scheme Works:


Step 1: Make a Referral 

Recommend Country Kids Day Nursery to a friend, family member, colleague or someone in your local community who is looking for childcare. 


Step 2: Let Us Know 

Before the family completes their registration, please inform your Nursery Manager that you have referred them and provide the family's surname. 


This helps us track referrals and ensures rewards are issued correctly. 


Step 3: The New Family Registers 

To qualify for the referral scheme, the new family must: 

  • Submit their registration forms by 31st December 2026 
  • Inform us that they were referred to Country Kids 
  • Provide the full name of the person who referred them 

Unfortunately, referrals cannot be added retrospectively, so this information must be provided during the registration process. 


Step 4: The Child Starts Nursery 

Once the referred child has enrolled and started attending Country Kids, the referral will be recorded and monitored. 


Step 5: Receive Your Reward 

When the referred child has successfully completed their first full month of childcare, the referring family, former family or staff member will receive a £100 High Street Voucher as a thank you from Country Kids. 

Your Nursery Manager will contact you to arrange collection of your voucher. 


 

Terms & Conditions:


  • The referred family must be new to Country Kids and not currently registered or attending any Country Kids nursery. 
  • The referred family's registration forms must be submitted by 31st December 2026 to qualify for the promotion. 
  • Both the referrer and the new family must declare the referral before registration is completed. 
  • Referrals cannot be applied retrospectively. 
  • One £100 High Street Voucher will be issued per new family enrolled. 
  • The referred child must complete their first full month of childcare before the reward is issued. 
  • The voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, childcare fee credits or alternative rewards. 
  • This promotional offer ends on 31st December 2026. 
  • Country Kids reserves the right to amend, extend or withdraw the scheme at any time.
