Jeanette is the CEO of Country Kids and has ultimate responsibility for the business, the children, the staff and visitors - health and safety is taken very seriously. 

Jeanette opened the nursery and has previously been the manager at Kneesall . Jeanette is our safeguarding lead, special educational needs coordinator, fire officer and is first aid trained. Jeanette's philosophy is that her door is always open.

Sarah joined the family business in April 2019 and is one of the nursery directors. Sarah is head of operations within the nursery group.

Sarah is Level 3 qualified and is Paediatric First aid trained. Sarah has also undertaken specific training for working with babies. Sarah is one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads, has SENCO training and Makaton training too.

Sophie joined the nursery when we first opened in 2017 and is now our Nursery Manager. Sophie also is a regional manager for our two Lincolnshire nurseries. 

Sophie is a level 5 qualified childcare practitioner, having completed a foundation degree in early childhood studies at Hull University. 

Sophie’s kind nature and developing leadership skills support her well in her role. Sophie is a trained paediatric first aider and is our safeguarding lead.

Kim joined our team initially to cover holidays for 2 weeks several years ago...and never left! Kim is our deputy manager in nursery.

Throughout lockdown 2020, Kim successfully completed her Level 1, 2, 3 and 4 Makaton courses, and uses her knowledge to support other staff members whilst also signing everything she can as she speaks. Kim is paediatric first aid trained and works in our toddler room.

Amy is Level 6 qualified and volunteered with us for two years until 2023 when she became qualified.

Amy joined us full-time in March 2024 and works as Room Leader in our larger baby room at nursery. Amy is paediatric first aid trained. 

Lilly joined our team in August 2023 and has carried out an apprenticeship with us. Lilly is now Level 3 Qualified and is paediatric first aid trained.

Lilly has stepped up into a room leader role with us for our Pre-School room and her big energy is loved by our outgoing pre-schoolers.

Emma joined our team in September 2023 and is Level 2 qualified. Emma has previous experience with a childminders and lots of mummy experience too! Emma is our room leader in our small baby room.

Emma is so kind and caring with the little ones. Emma is paediatric first aid trained.

Elysia joined our team in May 2024 and will be carrying out a Level 3 apprenticeship with us.

Elysia is our lovely toddler room lead and her warm nature is loved with her key children. Elysia is Paediatric First Aid Trained. Elysia is currently on Maternity Leave.

Charlotte joined our team in September 2024 and is based in our larger baby room working with our confident crawlers and walkers. 

Charlotte is currently undertaking her level 3 apprenticeship and is making great progress. Her calm nature makes her a perfect fit for our babies. Charlotte is Paediatric First Aid Trained.

Emily joined our team here at Kneesall in June 2024 and is Level 3 qualified. Emily is Paediatric First Aid Trained.

Emily supports in our baby room and is a lovely, caring member of staff around all of the children in our care.

Lauren re-joined our team in April 2024 having previously started an apprenticeship with us before having her little one.

Lauren is now working towards finishing her Early Years qualification with us and is Paediatric First Aid trained. 

Wioleta joined our team in April 2025 and is our wonderful nursery cook here at Kneesall.

Wioleta makes the most scrummy snacks, meals (and sometimes treats!) for all the children to enjoy. Wioleta supports alongside qualified staff at meal times too. 

Olivia joined our team in June 2025 and is Level 3 qualified. Olivia is Paediatric first aid trained.

Olivia is a fun, bubbly character and is the perfect fit with our baby team! You will always see her with a big smile on her face.

Lisa joined our team here in June 2025 and is Level 3 Qualified. Lisa is paediatric first aid trained.

Lisa works part-time in one of our baby rooms and has a wealth of experience. Lisa is our nursery SENCO supporting children in all area's of learning and development. 

Katie joined our team in September 2025 and is currently working towards completing her Level 3 Early Years Apprenticeship with us.

Katie will be gaining experience across all rooms to complete her qualification.

Joanna is due to join our team in October 2025 to carry out her level 3 Apprenticeship with us. 

Donna is our regional compliance manager. She joined our Country Kids team in September 2018 as the Nursery Manager at Rainworth in Janaury 2019 when we first opened.

Donna holds a level 5 management and leadership qualification. In addition to this, Donna is also paediatric first aid trained.

Yvonne is one of our regional managers predominantely based in Yorkshire however will occasionally visit all sites. She joined our Country Kids team in May 2023.

Yvonne previously has come from a teaching background and has a wealth of experience bringing teaching and learning to a high standard within the nurseries.

Angela joined Country Kids at the beginning of 2018 and works in the office offering support to Jeanette as our Business Development Manager. 

There's never a dull day at Country Kids, which is what makes Angela's job so exciting! Angela also deals with all of the HR aspects of the business.

Dave joined our team in August 2020 and supports within the maintenance team. Dave is one of 6 family members that works for us in our family run business! As Country Kids broadens their locations, Dave is kept busy visiting different locations.

Josh joined our team in February 2024 as our maintenance manager. Josh is responsible for all the larger building projects we complete, such as nursery revamps and expansians.. all the way down to smaller jobs like usually unblocking the toilets! 

Johnny joined the team in April 2023 and supports Josh and Dave with any maintenance aspects of the business - whether this is building play equipment or keeping us safe with PAT testing!

Marina joined the nursery group in March 2025 and supports within our marketing team. Marina heavily focuses on our social media presence, communication to parents and recruitment for the nurseries. 

Marina is pre-dominantly based at our Newark site, although will travel to collect content from all sites.

Harvey is our therapeutic dog within the nursery and loves giving each and every child lots of love and cuddles when he comes in to visit.

 Harvey is a Cockapoo and has a hypoallergenic coat, which means even children with allergies to dogs do not react to his fur. Harvey is the perfect addition to our loving nursery, and he can't wait to meet you!

Marlo is our nursery puppy, although is getting so big now! Marlo is a cockapoo, just like Harvey and is learning the ways with the children.

His fur means Marlo is hypoallergenic, perfect for coming to give us all cuddles at nursery! You'll know when Marlo is in the office.. the children will shout "Marlooooo!" from their rooms!
