Jeanette is the CEO of Country Kids and has ultimate responsibilty over the business. Jeanette visits all sites on a regular basis. 

Jeanette's philosophy is that her door is always open, and she welcomes parents from all sites.

Sarah joined the family business in April 2019 and is one of the nursery directors. Sarah is head of operations within the nursery group.

Sarah is Level 3 qualified and is Paediatric First aid trained. Sarah has also undertaken specific training for working with babies. Sarah is one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads, has SENCO training and Makaton training too.

Sophie is our regional manager for our Lincolnshire sites and also is nursery manager at a site in Nottinghamshire too. 

Sophie has been with us since we first opened the nursery group in 2017, and knows Country Kids through and through!

Jane joined our team in November 2024 and is our lovely nursery manager.

Jane brings with her a wealth of experience in management and holds a Level 3 Early Years Qualification. Jane supports the team well and ensures the nursery runs smoothly.

Shannon joined our team in 2022 and after covering maternity leave stepped up into a full deputy managers role in May 2024. Shannon holds her level 3 childcare qualification.

Shannon over looks both of our Pre-School rooms, where she fills the room full of fun and energy. Shannon is Paediatric First Aid trained.

Letitia joined our team in March 2024 and is Level 3 qualified. At nursery Letitia is known as 'Tish'.

Tish works in our lovely baby room with our children under the age of two, and is the baby room leader. Tish sets up the most lovely activities for our babies to enjoy and is paediatric first aid trained. Tish has completed specific working with babies training.

Kahra joined our team in June 2021 where she carried our her apprenticeship with us. Kahra is now Level 3 qualified. 

Kahra loves to get messy whilst painting with the children, reading stories and playing outside with the pre-school children. Kahra is Paediatric First Aid trained.

Bayley joined our team in September 2023 and is now Level 3 qualified after carrying out her apprenticeship with us.

Bayley works in our baby room alongside Tish and enjoys singing with our littlest ones.

Mia joined our team in December 2023 as a lunchtime supervisor however in April 2024 decided to further her career in childcare by carrying out her Level 3 Apprenticeship with us. Mia supports across all rooms.

Mia also has Level 2 in Food Hygiene.

Zoe joined our team in April 2024 and will be carrying out her Level 2 childcare qualification with us.

Zoe will be gaining experience within all our nursery rooms learning from experienced staff members. Zoe has such a lovely manner with the children and her presence is already loved by our little ones. 

Charlotte joined our team in April 2024 and is Level 3 Qualified. Charlotte works in our toddler room with our 2-3 year olds.

Charlotte is also our SENCO within nursery and will be carrying out our Wellcomm assessments, offering support to practitioners who have key children with additional needs.

Beth joined our team in December 2024 and is Level 3 qualified.

Beth works in our pre-school room with children aged 3-5 years and also supports on a 1:1 basis a few mornings per week. Beth is wonderful with the children and a real asset to our team!

Abi joined our team in March 2025 and works with our children aged 2-3 years.

Abi is Level 3 Qualified and has a great manner with the children, keeping our toddlers on their feet and super busy during their day with us at nursery!

Donna is our regional compliance manager for the Nottinghamshire areas. She joined our Country Kids team in September 2018 as the Nursery Manager at Rainworth in Janaury 2019 when we first opened.

Donna holds a level 5 management and leadership qualification. In addition to this, Donna is also paediatric first aid trained.

Yvonne is one of our regional managers predominantely based in Yorkshire however will occasionally visit all sites. She joined our Country Kids team in May 2023.

Yvonne previously has come from a teaching background and has a wealth of experience bringing teaching and learning to a high standard within the nurseries.

Angela joined Country Kids at the beginning of 2018 and works in the office offering support to Jeanette as our Business Development Manager. 

There's never a dull day at Country Kids, which is what makes Angela's job so exciting! Angela also deals with all of the HR aspects of the business.

Dave joined our team in August 2020 and supports within the maintenance team. Dave is one of 6 family members that works for us in our family run business! As Country Kids broadens their locations, Dave is kept busy visiting different locations.

Josh joined our team in February 2024 as our maintenance manager. Josh is responsible for all the larger building projects we complete, such as nursery revamps and expansians.. all the way down to smaller jobs like usually unblocking the toilets! 

Johnny joined the team in April 2023 and supports Josh and Dave with any maintenance aspects of the business - whether this is building play equipment or keeping us safe with PAT testing!

Marina joined the nursery group in March 2025 and supports within our marketing team. Marina heavily focuses on our social media presence, communication to parents and recruitment for the nurseries. 

Marina is pre-dominantly based at our Newark site, although will travel to collect content from all sites.

Harvey is our therapeutic dog within the nursery and loves giving each and every child lots of love and cuddles when he comes in to visit.

 Harvey is a Cockapoo and has a hypoallergenic coat, which means even children with allergies to dogs do not react to his fur. Harvey is the perfect addition to our loving nursery, and he can't wait to meet you!

Marlo is our nursery puppy, although is getting so big now! Marlo is a cockapoo, just like Harvey and is learning the ways with the children. Marlo comes for visits with Sarah, our head of operations.

His fur means Marlo is hypoallergenic, perfect for coming to give us all cuddles at nursery!
