Jeanette is the CEO of Country Kids and has ultimate responsibilty over the business. Jeanette currently supports Farndon as their manager however visits all sites on a regular basis. 

Jeanette's philosophy is that her door is always open, and she welcomes parents from all sites.

Sarah joined the family business in April 2019 and is one of the nursery directors. Sarah is head of operations within the nursery group.

Sarah is Level 3 qualified and is Paediatric First aid trained. Sarah has also undertaken specific training for working with babies. Sarah is one of our Designated Safeguarding Leads, has SENCO training and Makaton training too.

Shannon is our nursery manager who started with us in February 2022. Shannon brings with her a wealth of experience and her door is always open to parents.

Shannon supports in our pre-school room and is Level 3 qualified. Shannon is Paediatric First Aid trained.

Natalie is our deputy manager at nursery who is a Level 5 qualified practitioner that joined our team in January 2023.

Natalie works with our babies and her bubbly personality shines within this room.

Caitlin is a Level 6 Preschool Practitioner with a teaching qualification, experience across Nursery and Year 1, and is paediatric first aid trained.

Caitlin is extremely passionate about early years education and SEN support as our nursery SENCO, and we know she’s going to bring plenty of warmth, support, and fun to our preschool room, helping our little ones grow in confidence and get ready for their next big adventure: school!

Rosie is our wonderful Toddler Room Leader. She brings creativity, warmth and enthusiasm to the toddler room each day, planning engaging activities and creating a nurturing environment where children can learn, explore and grow with confidence.

Sophie joined our team in September 2023 and is Level 3 qualified.

Sophie supports our toddler room part-time!

Hetty is one of our apprentices and such a lovely part of our nursery team. She brings so many smiles, cuddles and a real warmth to every day, creating a happy, comforting environment for the children.

She’s building great relationships across the nursery, and it’s clear to see how much the children (and staff!) adore her.

Donna is our regional compliance manager. She joined our Country Kids team in September 2018 as the Nursery Manager at Rainworth in Janaury 2019 when we first opened.

Donna holds a level 5 management and leadership qualification. In addition to this, Donna is also paediatric first aid trained.

Yvonne is one of our regional managers predominantely based in Yorkshire however will occasionally visit all sites. She joined our Country Kids team in May 2023.

Yvonne previously has come from a teaching background and has a wealth of experience bringing teaching and learning to a high standard within the nurseries.

Sophie is our regional manager for our Lincolnshire sites and also is nursery manager at a site in Nottinghamshire too. 

Sophie has been with us since we first opened the nursery group in 2017, and knows Country Kids through and through!

Angela joined Country Kids at the beginning of 2018 and works in the office offering support to Jeanette as our Business Development Manager. 

There's never a dull day at Country Kids, which is what makes Angela's job so exciting! Angela also deals with all of the HR aspects of the business.

Amber is our head of payroll and joined the family business in 2021. Amber predominantly carries out her role from her office located within the Newark site. 

Amber also carries out compliance checks at each nursery site, if you see her around please say hello!

Dave joined our team in August 2020 and supports within the maintenance team. Dave is one of 6 family members that works for us in our family run business! As Country Kids broadens their locations, Dave is kept busy visiting different locations.

Josh joined our team in February 2024 as our maintenance manager. Josh is responsible for all the larger building projects we complete, such as nursery revamps and expansians.. all the way down to smaller jobs like usually unblocking the toilets! 

Johnny joined the team in April 2023 and supports Josh and Dave with any maintenance aspects of the business - whether this is building play equipment or keeping us safe with PAT testing!

Marina joined the nursery group in March 2025 and supports within our marketing team. Marina heavily focuses on our social media presence, communication to parents and recruitment for the nurseries. 

Marina is pre-dominantly based at our Newark site, although will travel to collect content from all sites.

Lu joined our marketing team in June 2026. Lu brings with her a wealth of experience in the world of marketing and will be supporting Sarah and Marina in keeping up our social media content!

Lu will be specifically capturing content at sites, if you see her please say hello!

Harvey is our therapeutic dog within the nursery and loves giving each and every child lots of love and cuddles when he comes in to visit.

 Harvey is a Cockapoo and has a hypoallergenic coat, which means even children with allergies to dogs do not react to his fur. Harvey is the perfect addition to our loving nursery, and he can't wait to meet you!

Marlo is our nursery puppy, although is getting so big now! Marlo is a cockapoo, just like Harvey and is learning the ways with the children. Marlo comes for visits with Sarah, our head of operations.

His fur means Marlo is hypoallergenic, perfect for coming to give us all cuddles at nursery!
